This Masterclass will be for all ages and all bodies:) Come and tap into your inner mover.
Please join us for an improvisational contemporary dance session led by David Norsworthy. We will meet each other, breathe together, sense the ground, the sun, the breeze, and be guided by the question What's true for you right now? . By noticing our physical sensations and relationships to people and space, we’ll honour the wisdom of our bodies and move to express. Never explored improvised dance before? No worries! The instructions will be simple, the activities will be fun and everyone is welcome, regardless of ability and experience. Feel free to opt in and out as desired and interpret the instructions in a way that feels good to you. No pressure to stay for the whole time!
